Excellent!

A course that everyone should take. I loved the way it was presented, with people taking about themselves and the graphics with parallel examples from science.

This training was very informative and I learned a lot. It was helpful to compare neurodiversity with the concept of biodiversity and it just made sense in that context how the conditions to help people to thrive would be different for neurodivergent people. The scientific optimal experimental conditions example also clearly described the need for reasonable adjustments and hearing from neuordivergent colleagues and allies was a great example of hearing the direct communication about different support which helps everyone thrive.

Very good course

Victoria Sy

This is a must for everybody, not only managers. We all deal with other people at work and we need to be open to people that have different ways of thinking. This course put this in a very nice and accessible way.
